Covid-19 Catch-Up Premium
The Government has recognised that ‘Children and young people across the country have experienced unprecedented disruption to their education as a result of coronavirus 9COVID19)’ and have allocated funding to address this. Laindon Park Primary School & Nursery have been allocated a total of £13,440. The funding can be used for specific activities to support pupils to catch up for lost teaching during lockdown and schools have the flexibility to spend this funding in the best way for their cohort and circumstances. At Laindon Park Primary School & Nursery we have allocated the funding in the following ways:

How the effect of this expenditure on the educational attainment of pupils at the school will be assessed:
- Progress within year groups will be assessed, analysed and reviewed termly
- Data will be sued to inform further areas for development, where needed groups will be reviewed and updated.
